What to put in your message

• Your Tester ID. To find it, open Settings or the Pause menu in the game. A tap on your Tester ID copies it.
• Your phone's model, for example "Pixel 9a" or "iPhone 13".
• The app's version, if you can see it. On iPhone, the TestFlight app shows it. On Android, open the phone's settings, then Apps, then Ribbino.
• What happened, and the level you were on.
• A screenshot or a screen recording, if it helps.

On iPhone, you can also send feedback with a screenshot through TestFlight.

Your data

To ask for a copy of your data, or for its deletion, email us your Tester ID. The privacy notice says what the test build collects, and what your rights are.
